Hey guys, my Acer laptop's screen doesn't work. The laptop turns on and everything, but the screen is really really dark to the point where you can only see the bright colors when I point it at natural light.
When I connect it to my monitor I can only see the cursor on a black screen.
Any help is appreciated because I got work to do this evening. Thanks in advance!

Yeah sure
Everything turns on, even the keyboard light. I don't think it's something related to brightness since I tried every button to turn it up
As you'll see in the video the time is barely visible

This might seem obvious, but make sure the brightness on your laptop is turned up. Look for the brightness keys (usually function keys with a sun symbol) and press them to increase the brightness.

I didn't
I was only using it connected to my monitor so I didn't notice that the screen didn't work
Until today when I disconnected it from the monitor
And it simply didn't work
Tried rebooting a few times, didn't change anything and now it doesn't work connected to the monitor either
