How did you initially activate Windows? Have you changed any hardware recently?
That error code means "DNS name does not exist" which tells me that your copy of Windows was most likely illegally activated
It's probably trying to reach out to a fake activation server—the solution is to purchase a legitimate license and use that instead

could you open a command prompt as admin and run slmgr /dlv and send a screenshot of the box that comes up?
no worries. do you get the same message even if you run just slmgr /dlv, without the product key on the end there?

yeah that's not an official key seller, your key isn't official. you shouldn't be using KMS activation anyway. that is for businesses using volume-licensed copies of Windows.
