Fonts all across Windows 11 look pixelated and blurry. | Microsoft Community [Unofficial] | Page 1

Hello, yesterday I logged into my Microsoft Account on my old Laptop and today I log into my main PC. Now (as you see in the image) the fonts on every window, every tab, every text block look like this. It is just horrible to watch for more than a minute, please help me fix this.
Aswell yesterday I installed the Windows Update KB5036893.

I tried fixing it with the ClearType Ajust Thing that I found on the Microsoft Blog but it didnt help.
Restarting my PC didnt work either.

PS: I am not sure if it has something to do with the Laptop, it just feld like it.

I checked the Screen Res already, still the same in both Windows settings and NVIDIA Control Panel
