Randomly my screen turns black and sometimes while it does I get a pink and green flash and then it crashes what app I'm using. I am using a brand new PC that I got in December 2023 and the issue started happening in Feburary 2024. When I check for any graphics issues or any hardware issues everything says its working properly. If anyone has anyway to help, that would be super helpful. I just want a working computer. My first one started becoming unplayable and then I got a laptop but the graphics were horrible. The computer I just got is one that was reccomended from my cousin who is a tech expert so I am very confused what I am doing wrong. I don't have any sketchy thing installed.
