#Setting CPU affinity for app on each start

Hello community, I am looking for help with setting app to run only on certain physical CPU cores. To be more specific I am dealing with this in game Call of Juarez Gunslinger, which crashes on system with more than 4 cores CPU.

For that reason I would like to force the game to use only certain cores of the CPU to resolve the issue. Is there any option to have for this either shortcut or .bat file, that would set at each start CPU affinity?

I have attempted this from public guides, but I get access denied error despite opening cmd.exe as an Administrator on screenshot above
