only way to do what you want is to use external partition managers such as Gparted live. These methods are a do at your own risk since they can completely corrupt files/partitions/installations etc.

You can only expand the drives directly to the left of the unallocated space.

for example you can currently only expand the "Data D:" partition

Not without using external tools no it isnt supported

using partition managers that rely on being installed to a OS is not a good idea. i'd only recommend partition managers that are booted live off a USB

Also on the picture i see you have your partitions encrypted with bitlocker. If you wanted to use partition managers you'd have to remove the encryption otherwise bad things will happen

judging from the screenshot you've sent you still have 3 partitions encrypted

Im not sure since i've never bothered to use bitlocker but as far as i can make the drives are still encrypted and are waiting a Unlock key to completely be decrypted

No clue, As said i dont use bitlocker so i have no experience with it. You might want to wait for someone else to chime in for that issue.
