Hi guys, today I come to you because I have a big problem with my computer. I built my pc a week ago and since I installed windows 10 pro, I meet several BSOD, whose 2 main messages are: MEMORY MANAGEMENT / POOL CORRUPTION IN FILE AREA. These messages can occur after 10 minutes, as in 2 hours, forcing me to restart my pc constantly. I’ve read a few things about it, so I’ve tried a lot of different fix methods, here’s a list:

• sfc /scannow in the cmd : result say : "found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them" so i did the /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth which completed successfully, but sfc still has the same error about unable to fix some files.

• i tested my ram with memtest, no problem detected.

• i tried to clean install my windows 10pro but the mediatool creation tells me that there is an error and that the software cannot be installed on my computer.

• Then i tried to reset my pc, at the end of the reset, it said "there was a problem resetting your pc" then it doesn't reset.

• I don't think my ssd has a problem, it's a new one, idk...

• I also updated my BIOS but nothing changed..

• I tried to install the 2-3 windows updates that are proposed to me but none of them want to install. Installation failed on 30/ 01/ 2024 - 0x80246008

I think this issue is related to corrupted windows installation files that prevent me from using my computer properly. I have tried many different methods but nothing has worked for me so far. The files are so corrupted that I can’t even perform a windows update or reset etc... I realy don't know what i can do, i'm so sad..

I thinks, the only option I have is maybe to change my ssd/harddisk and try a fresh new installation windows to see if the problem comes from here.

Thanks, Here are the dump files : https://www.mediafire.com/file/lbc4e9s9jzcnwnd/Minidump.7z/file

Memory management... is a hardware issue... and it is confirmed from the minidump about the corrupt PTE

you can try clean installing windows again and installing official drivers.... but chances are that ..the issue may come back some point ..in the future!

This could explain why when I play a game after an hour the bsod launches with the error code: memory management? Sometimes even I have to reinstall some partitions of the game because files are missing.
