I got black screen on boot up can someone please help

I went out of bios i didnt change anything snd my screen is black when i boot up

Boot to Windows Recovery Environment then do a Startup Repair.

When i hold power button 5 times it doesnt go into windows recovery

How do i select the usb to boot when my screen is full black i think the mobo is bricked
