Every time I update my computer I am forced to factory reset it because it’ll say “something didn’t go as planned undoing changes” then once it restarts, it’ll say windows didn’t load correctly. Then I’ll try everything to fix it and then I have to reset my PC. I can’t update my computer at all.

i used creation tool before and thats the only way i can factory reset my pc anyways, when i try on my pc, like clicking local or cloud install it doesn't work.
