Moouse and keyboard stop working

Hello i need help for my windows 10 mouse and keyboard stop working and now i am stuck now....

I really don't want format my windows i have important files images and etc..
I try another moose and keyboard but still not working i try to unplug and try again still not working anything

Restart, try to get in bios to see if it'll recognize the keyboard

Also you shouldn't worry about files, they're safe

I try to get the bios but i can't i try Delete key and f2 and f11

Nothing working

And The bios page not showing to me

I just uninstalled a program called hidhide, and then afterwards it told me to reset my computer. When I reset my PC, both my mouse and keyboard stopped responding. But in a weird way in which the lights on them would be on for a 3 seconds, and then turn off. In that period both the keyboard and mouse where still unresponsive. If you can help me that would be awesome

After uninstall this program he ask me to restart my computer and i restart it and nothing workinf keyboard and mouse

Then you should be able to get into bios & safe mode and uninstall it/reverse changes

Next time please tell that you made software change so people don't think it's a hardware related issue

Yes it's working... it's just disabled in windows

You should be able to use ps/2 mouse to get in windows and revert the changes

Or go through recovery mode if you don't have such device

I try ti remove battery and put it again still nothing happened and bios not show to me
