Restore the default location of my documents

After activating Onedrive, the library folders were moved to the C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\OneDrive location.
I deactivated Onedrive and I try to restore the default location but I get an error.

We cannot move the folder because there is a folder in the same location that cannot be redirected. Access denied.

I also tried changing the folder location with Regedit but that didn't seem to have any effect.
