I work for a K-12 school district and I have quite a few student devices (Surface Go 64GB) that are filling up the disk space with profiles. I have set the devices to shared devices. Is there a setting or script that will store the profiles in the cloud or OneDrive insteead of locally? If not, is there a PS script that can remove profiles with the exception of a few so we dont have to log into each machine and delete profiles one by one?

you may need to set up remote profile instead. The ways to set this depends on your organization premise setup i.e. fully cloud/hybrid, on premise only. Remote profiles require good, stable Internet/VPN connection. If you are a system administrator by for this organization, you are the one who should be able to figure these things out.
