Hello, I just recently installed a fresh version of Windows 11, updated everything and installed drivers.
Now every few minutes, sometimes even less, the internet connection seems to stop for a few seconds, then comes back up.

Surprisingly, this only seems to happening when I actually use the PC, like switch windows, click through programs etc.
While writing this, nothing seems to happen, but when I switch tabs, it drops connection again.

Actually, event viewer is telling me the following:

The network interface "Realtek(R) PCI(e) Ethernet Controller" has begun resetting. There will be a momentary disruption in network connectivity while the hardware resets. Reason: The network driver detected that its hardware has stopped responding to commands. This network interface has reset 15 time(s) since it was last initialized.

Does anyone had something similar and know a fix?

You an basically ignore DCOM errors unless services/applications break because of it.

Worry more about this. IT could be a sign of faulty hardware.
Since it's a Realtek Ethernet, this would be a sign of faulty motherboard or maybe just the Ethernet chipset itself.

It's a hardware issue now. Hardware just don't go timing out 15 times or not responding by just switching OS, my dude

You can always be in denial but the software has no interest in lying
