hi, i have a question!
so lately my browsers have been opening when i open them for about 5 seconds, then they close down and reopen and it causes me not to be able to look anything up and when i try i get this in the tab https ://ext.iadispatcher.com/handler/ (i spaced it out so it wouldnt show as a link), i cant figure out whats causing it and ive done malware scans, nothing popped up. it was first happening with google chrome, i uninstalled that and i now use opera, once i did a microsoft update it started happening with opera. i cant seem to find a solution and was wondering if i could get any help because im really annoyed that this whole thing.

It's adware, you may need to try a different scan to detect it. Also, make sure you don't have any malicious extensions installed
