Hello . U Need A Freshly Media Creation Tool Whitout Using The Insider Program

1- Go To Windows Offical Website

2 - if ur are win11 or 10 then search for the media creation tool 22h2 then install it then navigate on it then ur done

it depends what branch of the insider program you were on, if it was dev or above, you need to do a clean install which would the an installation media as you mentioned

if it was beta or below, you can unenroll the device and it will eventually find it's way back to the release updates once they line up
