My pc begins to slow down after I turn it on, and my C drive with my Windows 10 OS is at 100% even though the transfer rate is almost 0. This is not the case when booting in safe mode, everything works at normal speeds.
My best guess is that my C drive is going bad
I have tried:
Updating windows, when in safe mode it says there was a problem and to try again later
Disk cleanup
Making more space on the drive(10gb)
Disabling background apps
Disabling startup processes
Any help would be greatly appreciated
