First, find your video card drivers before proceeding to the next step.
Then Try uninstalling your GPU drivers with DDU: https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/
MAKE SURE TO BOOT INTO SAFE MODE!!! not Safemode with command prompt, not safe mode with networking.
With DDU open click “Clean and restart”
After reboot install your graphics drivers again
