here’s a fun story:
Steam wasn’t running so i opened task manager and killed the process. next thing i know task manager froze and was not responding. i restarted the process and its still frozen. i signed out and tried to sign back in but the user service failed message popped up. i’m trying to restart but im stuck in the restarting screen. any solutions?
