Folder acces denied

all those problem happend when i got hacked and changed some security setting for microsoft folder

Re install if you installed malware, you can fix it, but its better to reinstall and trust nothing is running anymore

Also CHANGE ALL YOUR PASSWORDS AND LOG PUT OF ALL LOCATIONS
