try replugging your monitor and see if that helps

can you go into device manager and see if the monitor is showing under monitors

when you said no input, is it a touch screen or something else?
but it does display stuff right?

scroll down and find "Display adapters"
expand it and what does it say?
right click and press enable
should work now
right click uninstall it then press scan for hardware changes again
