BSOD after before and after resetting dell laptop

My laptop kept getting the BSOD so I reset it and redowloaded windows through a hard drive. Now when I try to setup my new account, It keeps crashing midway and I have to start creating a new account again and so on. I think this is a hardware issue since I wiped all the software. Is there a way I can figure out what to replace?

and reinstalled through seperate hard drive

i downloaded window 10 installation from my pc to harddrive, and connected it to the laptop and launched it and did the normal installation

clean reset

or usb

i dont think so but im pretrty sure it works similar to a hard drive

I just dont trust windows tool

and I dont think I can help much more if you cant install from a disk image, or even boot because of corrupted files

all the youtube videos on the error also have a very bad like to view ratio

so i cant find any trustable sources
