So, I have this problem where the USB port on my system will no longer recognize any devices except for a External hard drive and I don't know what else to do, I have followed in the steps of similar problems and used the solutions there to help and nothing seems to work, I have reinstalled the USB drivers multiple times and nothing seems to work and now it doesn't want to recognize anything (Or attempt to) except the Hard drive, I know it still does Data transfer and all that fine by transferring files back and forth from my Onboard SSD to my External HDD.

Yesterday I did accidently pull the HDD out without ejecting it first but I think that would only corrupt files on the HDD and not Corrupt the Port, So I really don't know this has been making me stress for the last 3 hours and I have retraced my steps via Deleting Digital Combat Simulator and and typing that I didn't Eject my HDD.

Any help would be greatly appriciated, thank you.

Have you checked if the USB ports are 100% clean? Also if you're on a desktop PC try the ports in the back, instead of the ones in the front.
