Problem: whenever my pc boots up, it says “attempting to recover installation” and “undoing changes made to your computer” then restarts and repeat.
Description: before all this happened, i had tried to update my pc but it gave an error code (0x800703e6) so i googled it and found fixes (https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmagic/0x800703e6.html - website) , one of the fixes was :
“you can use the CHKDSK command to check and fix hard disk errors. Here’s the way:
Run Command Prompt as administrator.
Type “chkdsk /f” in the Command Prompt window and then press the Enter Then this command will scan your system and fix errors during this process.
Once done, restart your PC and check if the error is fixed.”
After i ran the command, i restarted and it led to this error

Another thing is that i tried to boot up in safe mode but it doesnt work, i tried f8 and the shutdown 3 time feature, only thing i can do beside watch the restart loop is go into BIOS.
