from your first image, it seems you don't have Windows Precision touchpad working, I would image this laptop to have a Precision trackpad

so I suggest you investigate this first: download the latest drivers. and then see if the keyboard+touchpad works

I also have a Lenovo ThinkPad (albeit a different model) and it has Precision touchpad and the Most Sensitive option works as expected.

I strongly recommend you first try Windows Update, as it'll give you Microsoft-verifies drivers

Go to windows update and check for updates, and then wait for it to install the available updates
