Mainboard: Gigabyte B360N WIFI
CPU: i7-8700K

No drivers for Ethernet Controller and Network Controller available in Device Manager, they are the onboard LAN ports
Tried uninstalling them and rebooting, that didnt help tho

If it's not showing in device manager then Windows doesn't detect it at all. It might be listed as an unknown device, but more likely you need to go to the manufacturer and acquire your chipset driver since it's an onboard lan port

They're really going to be no other option other than going to the manufacturer to get what you need here

you should not expect a server OS to have drivers for a desktop motherboard

or rather, gigabyte is never going to bother releasing windows server 2022 drivers for anything

just install Windows 10/11 and run Windows Server as a VM instead
