#Huge lags, stuttering, no sound

Hello, I was playing minecraft then got a huge lag. I turn with around 850 FPS and it feels like I run at 30 FPS. That happened suddenly, without doing anything

I also remarked I don't have sound anymore.
Config:
GPU: RX 6700 XT
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
RAM: 16GB DDR4 @ 3000MHZ
