#Application installed but is not in my PC

i'm on win 10 and I used to use a micrisoft store app named "Microsoft PowerToys". I can search for in in the search tab but nothing, it brings me to an empty folder. I can't uninstall it from the Microsoft store since it just says "Installed". I can't even from the Control Panel since it's not there. What can I do?
