[FIXED] This loading screen

everytime i press the microsoft logo button on my laptop or the search it keeps loading, im trying to put a virus protection scan but it wont work (plus idk what this category goes to sry but its windows 10)

i also do not know how to stop this

this also happened after i got hacked so :/

This is an interesting one... definetly malware of some type installed on your system. Have you installed anything in the last couple days that may have caused this?

i did not recall installing malware. the last thing i downloaded was a music creator app that’s used a lot and has no malware confirmed (infact this happened before the hack incident)

right after i got my account back from the hacker it started doing that, i was trying to run a virus scan or whatsoever.

im sure that the hacker had to do with this

i really need to find a way to access my settings, but thats in the way

or maybe i did install some malware, which i would need to check if its possible

try running mrt.exe (microsoft malicious software removal tool) by pressing the windows key + R and type “mrt” (without quotes) then press enter then follow instructions

at the last step, you can choose quick scan or full scan
