Microsoft Auth sign-in Issue

I removed my School Microsoft account from Microsoft Auth and when I try to sign in it asks me to sign in with a code from Microsoft Auth, but I removed the account from Microsoft Auth, so I can not access the account. Attempting to re add the account is futile as it asks for a sign in code from Microsoft auth. Reminder I cannot access my account from anywhere. Any way to fix this?

Grayed out in auth because I removed it

Additional info: I never set it as the mFA method, it did it on its own.
