if you search for the word "animations" in your search bar than you get to a setting that let's you disable animations. If that does not work use the key combination WIN+crtl+shift+B

it's not about the animation of the start menu, it's the fact that there's a loading screen when pressing the windows key

oh alright did not see that at first my apologies. But does it just loop in that loading screen if you do not touch the win key again?

the start menu opens as you can see in a split second of the video, it needs to load around half a second before it opens the start menu. I just pressed it way too fast, sorry for that
