downgrade to windows 10

Hey, I installed Windows 11 a few months ago but a recent update has broken my FPS on any game. I’m also just not happy with it so can someone help me as I’m trying to go back but it’s been over 10 days

You can't go back and keep all the programs installed after the 10 days have passed - the files required to do so have been deleted from your hard drive.
Back up and clean install Windows 10, then reinstall your programs.
