@calm halo yes this will be fine for your use case considering that i was able to do similar stuff with way less powerful hardware

This server should be plenty fine for these given tasks. Just make sure that it will be racked or located in a cool area. Something I'd recommend with old hardware is just opening it up and verifying everything looks correct inside. This includes any lose sata cables, fan connections, dust bunnies, and general overview of everything. I'd also recommend scanning or replacing those drives to ensure that they are in good shape to hold your data.

you will have issues with the minecraft server

#

as that one is the most intensive out of the services you mentioned

#

a minecraft server running with these specs tends to lag a lot when it encounters heavy usage

#

i'd recommend you to put your minecraft server elsewhere as you give room to the other services to function properly

You should be good with that server running those kinda things. 600 GB of space maybe is a weak in the future so maybe have an upgrade for that but if you are not running multiple things at once with loads of mods you should be good

Oh alrighty i did miss that than

#

But do you got a list of the specs from that new server you are getting?

#

I mean that seems very much ok for the stuff you want to do with it

#

exactly because maybe if you want to do something in the future with virtual machines or game server building for larger games you want that kind of RAM

#

well than 64 GB of RAM is definitely not a luxury and is always nice to have

#

oh absolutely yeah i mean if you want 15+ clients running at the same time you definitely need a lot more than that
