sometimes if i open up any program after a minuite or so my pc does this thing where the screen just glitchs and any audio coming from the pc also glitchs and the screen glitch has lots of colors on the screen and i cant do anything but to force shutdown my pc and start it again

btw my pc os windows 8

i also go in the event logs and i have this error and the event id for it is 219

Event 219 is a Device malfunction meaning your hard drive has bad sectors or has some other reason of not functioning properly. You should back-up your data in case of more damage.
