Today when I started my laptop it gave me 2 options to troubleshoot the pc or turn it off. I went to troubleshoot and started the Startup Repair option to see if the issue can be found. It cannot. I go to system Restore it tells me to restart the computer and select an operating system. I do that but there are no options to select an operating systm. So i triend to select a system image backup and it tells me "Windows cannot find a system image on this computer. After all that and watching some tutorials and reading I am pretty sure that my files are gone but not sure of it. Is there any way I can get windows to load?

looks like Windows is not on your boot drive, you will need to reinstall Windows with a USB stick and the media creation tool
Do you have another computer you can run the media creation tool on?

On that page, click the “Download Now” button in the “Create Windows 11 installation media” topic
Once you open the downloaded file, it will say “What do you want to do?”
Click the “Make installation media” option
Then, plug in your USB drive (must be 8gb or more), and select it
