A 70 GB system disk seems small to me, with time the updates run out. You might want to use Microsoft's cleaning and then some free software to start cleaning up unnecessary files such as temporary or dump or chache files. If it keeps filling up then you will have to analyse what or who keeps filling up your disk. Either way I would extend or enlarge that disk.
