C drive files stuck in "read only"

I know this is odd but suddenly all the files on my C drive are read only and I can't update some steam games, anyone have a fix for it? I tried to change them obviously but everytime I hit Apply and then close the window it doesn't change

did you update permissions on the folder it's in?

Yes I did, every time I do it ignores when I hit apply and the box stays checked

what are the aacls on the c drive

open powershell as admin and try this ```pwsh
get-acl c:|fl

and copy and paste the response here or send a screenshot

feel free to leave out the last line, I don't need that

just the permissions
