Tho weird it shud be plug n play, but eh try installing this

ye those are chipset not related to your wifi. If ur wifi usb is not even being detected then u didnt properly plug it in or the port isnt working. Try another one

you cud install your chipset driver

it shud get rid of those error if so check windows update

u have ethernet..

then usb tether on ur phone
