I was trying to reinstall Win10 on my pc and when I plugged the USB, went into the BIOS the boot all of that stuff, I got a _ blinking on a blackscreen. I tried switching the USB port, waiting and even switching USBs. I am desperate for a fix.

And also, when I try to go back on my HDD, it tells me to reinstall windows because the last try was unsuccessful.
