Will resetting widows from a local reset automatically reinstall widows

I need to reset windows but I'm not sure if on the reset screen is gives an option to local reset or cloud reset will I need to reinstall window manually or will it do it from me?

the only difference between local and cloud is that local might install a slightly older version

cloud will always download latest version
