#cpu and dram lights on

Hey, I restarted my computer last night and it failed to come back up, with the cpu and dram lights now being visible on my motherboard.

Specs:
7900x
MSI pro b650m-a Wi-Fi
6800xt
32gb ddr5 6000mhz

What do I need to do to turn it on?

Looks like all it took was a clear of the cmos
