First disable windows updates from services.. click stop..then disable...then apply

Then you download the drivers again... extract them using rar.. and follow the same process to install all the drivers..

After installing drivers...

Use your pc normally ..dont download or play any games...just use your pc..do some benchmark like geekbench6 ..watch youtube...do it for an hour or more ..to ensure your pc works fine at least when you are not gaming..
If your pc doesnt crash then ..play a different game like valorant first to check whether it is an issue with apex or the other game...

Fortnite and Apex Legends both use Easy Anti-Cheat which is a kernel level anticheat, maybe your something in your system doesn't like that

The only thing I can suggest is to uninstall any other game that uses anticheat software that is not EAC, sometimes different anticheat software can conflict with each other

And then try running an EAC enabled game like Apex or Fortnite
