Look in task manager and sort by CPU, is anything drawing CPU? Have you rebooted?

i saw Antimalware Service Exectuable was using 182 MB... not only i was suspicious about that i also saw some couple of nvidia Container and Shares

Reboot/Restart your PC

You need to do that atleast after every Windows Update

Try reboot first

Step 2 update drivers

You should have restarted after updating the nvidia ones
