On my laptop, my wifi only runs at 300kb/s or less even though we get 2mb/s on other devices. ive tried ipconfig /flushdns, netsh winsock reset, and ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew. does anyone know how i can fix this?

also another problem, but not related to this, every 30-90 seconds, my laptop randomly freezes for 2 seconds then works again. anyone know why?
