i tried overclocking my monitor to 75-90. but the app switched to my laptops display and i didnt know i set it to
1920x1080 75Hz and it gave me a glitched bsod when i tried to boot up it would black screen then idk what happened and gave me (title) bsod

Have you tried to fully turn your laptop off and on?

I think that pressing the power button while it's on may help in force restart/shutdown.
