Hey, I have windows 11 pro in my pc right now but I noticed I only have digital license for windows 11 home, how can I change my windows from 11 pro to 11 home without formatting?

You might be able to run DISM.exe /Online Get-TargetEditions to see if you can downgrade / switch editions of Windows. If this doesn't show "Core" or "Home" however, I'm afraid you'll have yo reinstall.

You might also just be able to put in your Windows Home product key through Settings > Update and Security > Activation > Change key, worth a try...

What if I buy a new digital lisans or a product key for windows 11 pro

and I didn't have this activate windows thing when I bought this pc but then I formatted my pc, actually I gave to some company, they formatted and after 1 or 2 months I have this

and yesterday I did removed the activate windows thing but it came back

Buying a key for Windows Professional should work too yeah.. But that would be a waste if you already have a Windows key and don't use that..
The choice is up to you ig
