I’m planning on selling my pc so I’m installing Windows 11 on it. For whatever reason, the Ethernet isn’t working. I have a hotspot on my phone, which usually works over a USB cable, but that isn’t working either. I also should be able to connect to the hotspot over Bluetooth, but I don’t think I can do that from the setup page
All it says when the Ethernet cable is plugged in is “action needed”.
