this is my dads microsoft surface, tryna fix it
so when i hold the power button it just flashes the microsoft screen then turns off
i tried holding the power button and volume up/down but nothing work
can i fix it without opening it?

i also went to a store and they said its a motherboard issue but the bootloop occured after a update so it isnt a motherboard thing
