I want to customize the window color of WSL2 GUI cuz it's currently does not look good to me, something like windows black color on window would be awesome!
Here's how it looks ATM:

You can't. Because there is no actual desktop environment/manager running.
Hence, there is nothing to manage the desktop theme/color scheme.

Weston WM doesn't have themes

But GTK/QT themes can be configured

dbus can't run in WSL. so, no desktop/window manager can't run to manage theme

it doesn't need dbus to change the theme technically

if I remember correctly you could just need to edit config files to change the theme
