good day, how long ago I bought the account RAbacharX for minecraft and it seems to me that I have lost the account even though it still has a skin in the game, I wrote to support but honestly they are driving me crazy, please, how can you help me? you are my last option please thank

if it was banned or removed, the email that the account belonged to should have received some form of communication stating such

I have my 1 account that I met the requirements and it is BacharX and it works fine, I also put it on misrocoft, I wanted to give RAbacharX too but I forgot my email and all the emails I tried to send through mojang didn't receive anything, so I'm really interested in what's going on it happened 😄 when I bought it here and I had it on my email like 😄

I didn't get a single email, it just disappeared and all I had was a skin and a name 😄 😄

can you explain your situation a bit more clearly
you have 2 accounts, one of them you can't access for some reason / the game purchased under one of them isn't available (?)

I think I sent it to an email that I forgot, or it was deleted from my list, or worse, someone stole it

I connected BacharX with microfts, but RAbacharX didn't make it because I lost that access

ah okay, so it's the details to the mojang account for *RAbacharX * that are the issue

and i assume you're end goal is to find out what those details are so you can log into it, merge it or just play on it in general etc?

so, correct me if i'm wrong but to me, it sounds like the issue comes down to the missing account details for RAbacharX

now, the issue here is neither Microsoft nor Mojang support can provide you with whatever email is linked to that account (which i believe would be the solution to your issue (?)) due to GDPR issues. Their way of proving your identity would be said email but obviously without access to it / knowing what it is they can't provide any information to you as they have no way of confirming you own the account RAbacharX

I should clarify, this is a community server - no one here works for Microsoft (there are a few Microsoft employees in the server but they aren't here to provide help or support) nor can people here provide account support

if you have lost the credentials like I believe the issue is, there isn't much you can do unfortunately

Like I mentioned, for Microsoft to provide you with that information (the accounts email address) you'd need to prove you own the account otherwise Microsoft would be breaking the law providing that info to you (as per General Data Protection Act and it's equivalents across the world)

And for you to prove you own the account, they'd need to send you some form of confirmation which is likely the email which you can't access to prove you own the account
