On startup, there is a blank taskbar. It takes a while to load everything. When I open Task Manager there is no "File Explorer" there to restart task.
I found temporary fix by opening a folder in desktop and restarting task to load the taskbar. However I need to this every time.
Also It takes around 4-5 min to identify the ethernet.
